Tea, Tales, and Traditions: My British Adventure in Poperinge
Hello everybody,
As I told you last week, a few days ago we went to Poperinge, to visit the Talbot House. The trip was very entertaining and fun. I learned a lot about UK.
The first workshop was about Shakespeare and we were learning about theatre and doing lots of different and very funny drama and acting activities.
The teacher made the whole thing very dinamic and interactive, which made it go by very quickly. Then, we did some British garden games where we got to know each other and laughed a lot. At the end, we had the opportunity to taste British tea and some typical sweets.
Finally, we went upstairs again and did the second workshop which was: British food. The teacher did a lot of activities and we played many games.
I think the trip was a fantastic opportunity to learn about British culture and history, take part in creative workshops and enjoy traditional British games and cooking.
